Who we are

Big Win Studio is operated by New Horizons Global Ventures LLC. We provide social media content production, channel management, and paid advertising services. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us through bigwinstudio.com.

What information we collect

• Contact forms: name, email, company, and message.
• Estimator input: Instagram handle if you choose to provide it.
• Server logs: standard hosting logs such as IP and browser metadata.

How we use your data

• Reply to inquiries and prepare service proposals.
• Deliver contracted services and manage operations.
• Send project-related updates.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers in our systems. Stripe privacy details: stripe.com/privacy.

Facebook and Instagram data

As part of our social media management services, clients may connect their Facebook and Instagram accounts through our platform using Meta's official OAuth authorization flow. When you authorize Big Win Studio:

• What we access: your Facebook user ID, name, and the list of Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you choose to connect.
• How we use it: solely to publish content on your behalf (posts, reels, stories) on the accounts you authorized, as part of contracted services.
• How we store it: access tokens and page metadata are stored securely in our database (Firebase Realtime Database). Tokens are encrypted at rest and only accessible by our server-side processes — never exposed to other users or clients.
• What we do NOT do: we do not sell, share, or transfer your Facebook or Instagram data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than delivering contracted services.
• Disconnection: you may revoke access at any time from your client profile or by contacting us. Upon disconnection, all stored tokens and associated data are permanently deleted from our systems.

Third-party services

• Netlify — site hosting and form processing.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and hosting for our client platform.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — social media publishing on behalf of connected clients.

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We chose them for their high security and data-protection standards.

Data retention

We keep contact records up to 24 months after last interaction, or during an active client relationship.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt out of any future communications from us at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you are an active client, we will notify you by email about any significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
